Terms of Service

Duezo is an AI-powered bill tracking application that helps you manage and track bill due dates. The Service includes:

• Manual bill creation and tracking with countdown cards
• Optional Gmail integration to automatically detect bills from your inbox
• AI-powered extraction of bill details (amounts, due dates, categories)
• Payment reminders and notifications
• Analytics and spending insights (Pro plan)
• Calendar view and payment history (Pro plan)

Duezo is a bill tracking tool. We do not process payments, transfer funds, or act as a financial institution.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.

Duezo offers two tiers:

The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. We reserve the right to adjust plan features with reasonable notice.

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are available as monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($39.99/year) plans.
• Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@duezo.app for refund requests.

All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We never store your full credit card information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Duezo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that bill information extracted by AI will be 100% accurate. Always verify amounts and due dates before making payments.
• We are not responsible for late fees, missed payments, or financial losses resulting from reliance on the Service.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
